We’ve Got Answers!
Our dedicated team is always ready to guide you in selecting the ideal plan for your business needs.
Can the customer take Fortest and build scripts?
Yes, customers can use Fortest to build scripts. However, we recommend utilizing our Licensing, Implementation, and Maintenance services to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience. Our offering provides end-to-end support, including script creation and updates, so customers can focus on their business priorities.
Does Fortest have script record and playback capability?
No, this feature is currently on the roadmap for early 2025. However, Fortest includes Infor M3-specific reusable libraries and prebuilt standard scripts, which significantly accelerate implementation and reduce the effort required for custom scripting.
What involvement is required from the Customer?
Customer involvement is minimal. Fortude has access to the world’s largest pool of Infor M3 consultants and possesses strong in-house domain knowledge. We require the client’s participation in a few initial meetings to identify test coverage and business processes for automation. After script development by our team, the customer’s role is limited to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the automated scripts.
How is test data managed?
Test data in Fortest is externalized to ensure flexibility. We provide pre-requisite scripts (e.g., inventory setup) to prepare required test data before execution. The data file can be modified prior to running a test, offering adaptability to changing requirements.
